The Sleep Sound Program
The Sleep Sound Program uses brainwave entrainment to send you off to sleep naturally. you simply go to bed, turn on the audio and listen.
But first it helps you to relax. Brainwave entrainment is fantastic and it works, but you have to relax first to allow it to do its magic.
If you are very tense when you are trying to sleep you may need some help to settle down and become calm and relaxed before you listen to the brainwave entrainment. This is because brainwave entrainment only works if you are relaxed.
Because of this I have included a 20 minute guided relaxation at the start of the first Sleep Sound audio. This helps you to consciously relax so that you are receptive to the brainwave entrainment that follows.
This part is very soothing and we have had some great feedback on it. You will hear a guided relaxation in which imagery and hypnotic suggestion guide you down into a state of complete calm. Once that is achieved the entrainment sequence begins and lasts for a further 40 minutes. Very few people hear it to the end because they have fallen asleep by then.
